efficient, thoughtful and professional manners to resolve a problem quickly

I would like to say a sincere thank you to Warren who provided us with exceptional service last Friday. I rang in the morning with a minor problem-an ipod adaptoer was stuck in the cigarette lighter and we needed it removed so we could use a GPS on the weekend. Warren took the call and problem was resolved quickly, despite it being a very busy time of the day. Warren's efficient, thoughtful and professional manner meant I could meet my obligations Friday afternoon and our GPS was in place from my husband's locum work on the weekend.
