A last minute decision

Julie and Graham from Flagstaff hill are thrilled with their decision to purchase an Impreza from Eblens and with the complete customer service they have experienced since.
We just wanted to pass on our feedback re the Insight evening that was held on Tuesday night at Glenelg. We both found the evening to be informative and interesting and left with new knowledge regarding our car. Our thanks to you and your team, Marissa for organising the evening, Brenton and Duncan for their input and the girls for their hospiality and friendliness. It is certainly a good idea for new Subaru owners and I hope it will continue in the future.
We originally weren't going to buy a Subaru. We had owned a Vectra for 10 years and so went to Hamilton Holden down the road from Subaru where we had a test drive of an Astra demonstration model which they offered us a good deal on. We decided to purchase the car but at the last moment before making a commitment, my husband thought that we should go up the road to Subaru to have a look and get some prices. We had been looking around for a new car for quite a few weeks and by then were becoming weary of the over attentiveness of various sales people so when we arrived at the showroom, we were very resistant to being approached by salespeople, and declined an offer to even sit down and asked just to see some prices. We were very recalcitrant and so it was quite a coup for your salesman Bob Treloar that he was able to get to the stage with us that he sat us down and provided the
information to us, organised a test drive to fit in with our movements that afternoon and we were so sold on the car that we returned the next day to purchase it.
We then assumed that as with all "big ticket" items the friendliness and helpfulness quickly disappears once the money is handed over, so our second big surprise was when we took our car back for the 5000 km service. Duncan and his staff were helpful, friendly, informative and willing to go the extra yard and we appreciated this very much. In
all the years that we have dealt with Hamilton Holden we have never encountered such complete service from a car dealership and we just wanted to pass this onto you as well. It made me in particular feel very comfortable in approaching anybody in the Service Department with a query about our new car.
We look forward to many happy years with Eblen Subaru both with our car and the interaction with the staff.
