Just a quick note to say a huge thankyou to you and your staff.

My nephew picked up his Liberty yesterday and I think I can say with certainty that you guys have just created avery vocal Eblen Subaru advocate.

The customer service that Neil and Shane have him was outstanding and to use Andrew's (my brother in laws) words,
'Not at anytime did we feel pressured. The sales guys spoke in easy to understand terms. We both left there feeling comfortable with the decision. Cant understand why other car dealerships arent like that. Eblens were phenomenal'

So from me, it just enforces why I choose to send my one and only nephew to you guys and all I can say is thankyou so much. Please pass on to everyone who looked after Andrew my congratulations on an incredible job and sincere thanks.
