Des tells of the great service at Eblen Subaru
Eblen Subaru,
Recently my wife and I purchased a new Subaru Impreza from your car sales at Brighton Rd, Glenelg.
We would like to commend your staff for their excellent attitude and exemplary customer service afforded to us during all the procedures necessary for the purchase of a new vehicle.
This service commenced with the reception staff and continued with the sales, consultant, the business manager and finally the handover day specialist ho also presented us with a gift box of chocolates and biscuits.
This was all followed up later on with a phone call to enquire how our new vehicle was performing.
Yours thankfully,
Des Whelan

Jane shares her story of great service at Eblen Subaru's service department.
To Subaru Australia,
I am writing to say thank you for the service I have received from Jeremy in the service department at Eblens. Every encounter I have had with Jeremy over the last year has been smooth, positive and efficient. I was so impressed with my last encounter with Jeremy that I wanted to write this email. On two occasions he has contacted Subaru to get parts for me that were out of warranty and they have agreed. On the second occasion he absorbed the labour cost and even fixed my car himself when I think the department were unexpectantly short staffed. I requested that my car be completed in half an hour so I could get back to work and he got it done in 15 mins. Impressive. He has provided top service all the way. I'm just extra impressed because I haven't encountered this sort of service anywhere else, maybe ever. So this is a thank you to him.
Kind regards,
Jane Kemp

The Griffiths family from Nuriootpa are proud owners of three Suzukis!
Dale Griffiths and her mother, Mrs Allison Griffiths from Nuriootpa, are the proud new owners of not one, but two brand new Suzuki Swifts. The mother-daughter driving duo was excited to pick up their purchase from Eblen Suzuki in Angaston last Thursday. "We think they're great little cars," Mrs Griffiths said. "We already have a Suzuki at home, but it's an X90 not a Swift." With the two new additions to the family, that makes one Suzuki for each family member who is currently driving. "My husband Stephen will drive the X90, and Dale and I will drive the new Swifts," Mrs Griffiths said. When searching for a deal on the two cars, Mrs Griffiths says it was better to go to a local dealer. "At first, we went into the city to look for a good deal on two Suzukis but we found a lot of places weren't helpful and accommodating. "We saw an advertisement in 'The Leader" for Eblen Suzuki in Angaston and thought we'd try there. By going local, we basically got a better deal and better service." Angaston General Manager of Eblen Suzuki, Mr Leon Bondarenko says there are many benefits of going to a local car dealer. "Local companies employ local staff, so we keep business in the Valley and loyalty to the region. "We offer convenient local servicing with our Service Manager, Mr Peter Gabel, who has been in the Valley and working in the district for 41 years. "We've got loyal staff who have been living in the local district many years, and customers feel comfortable dealing with local people who offer good service and good after-sales service. "We also put a lot back into the community in terms of sponsorship for sports clubs and community events, and the business also helps the local economy."
